Here are some of our frequently asked questions.

What Colours are available?
Most items are painted in antique white. If any colours are to be changed by the customer,
charges will apply to return products to their original colour.

Will the pots leak if I fill them with water?
Although they are made of fibreglass and are water resistant, they may not be water proof. We recommend that you use suitable containers inside the pots for floral arrangements that require water.

Can I buy the product?
All products are for hire only. If you wish to purchase similar products in concrete, please visit our Menduni Garden Artistry website at mendunigardenartistry.com.au

What do I require to run a fountain?
The fountain pump must be under water at all times to operate. The pumps are safe low voltage and come with a transformer which require a standard power outlet. Water is then recycled continually but may require topping up during use.

How do I set my fountain up?
It's very easy. There are 2 sections to each fountain, the centre and the water reservoir. The fountain must be placed on a level surface. After filling the fountain with water and switching the pump on, you may want to adjust the water flow with the inline water regulator.

Are the products heavy?
No, all our products are made of fibreglass and are the best compromise between strength and weight. Some of the larger items may require two people to move about.

What if I damage or lose a product?
It is the person who hires the props responsibility for damages or lost items. The costs will be deducted from your holding deposit to replace or repair.

Where do I pick up and return the items to?
We are open by APPOINTMENT ONLY. For pick up and returns, we must be advised at least 1hr prior to arriving at the warehouse.
