A deposit of 25% is required to secure
your booking. Menduni Prop Hire can not hold props without a deposit.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is calculated
into the total price and is refunded on return of the props less hire cost,
damages and missing items. The security deposit is calculated on the cost
of the items hired. Security deposits will not be refunded until all items
stated on the invoice are returned to the warehouse in good condition.
Hire Charge
Hire charge will be quoted either
daily, weekly or monthly. Weekend hire rates are applied as a 1 day hire
charge, pick up Friday and return Monday unless prior arrangements are made
at the time of the booking on the invoice.
Payment Methods
All cost must be paid before items leave the
warehouse. Cheques must be cleared 5 working days prior to pickup, payable
to Menduni Prop Hire. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard. We do not accept
Diners or American Express.
Damages and Missing Items
All damages and missing items are the responsibility
of the hirer stated on the invoice (see Security Deposits) in the event
there are damages or missing items.
Return of Products
If any props are not returned on the last day
of the hire period, additional hire charges will incur at the daily rate
to the hirer.
We accept no responsibility for damages incurred to property or persons,
and the misuse of hired props.
Cancellation
In the event where there is a cancellation, the
hirer must forward in writing 21 days before the event to have the full
refund of the Holding Deposit.
